Frequently Asked Questions

The Trainee Identification Number (TID) is a student’s lifelong educational ID. It simplifies managing and verifying your training and certifications by storing everything in one digital place.
This opportunity is available to private, government, and semi-government institutions offering skill, vocational, and continuing education courses.
Each trainee is assigned a distinct eight-digit alphanumeric Trainee Identification Number (TID).
HR departments, schools, colleges, employers, and universities, and any person who has your TID can verify it.
Your email address is integral to generating your TID, preventing the creation of duplicate identifiers.
You can easily check if you have already registered for a TID by visiting the Student Login Page. Simply enter your email address to check.
TID verifies that there has been a proper evaluation of the student. It is assigned during the evaluation procedure, and proficiency is recorded on the TID only after evaluation. Only the evaluated courses are included in the TID.
If you accidentally receive two TIDs, you can contact us via email to merge them.
As of now, you do not have the option to independently register for a TID. However, in the future, even if your institution is not currently registered in the TID network, you will have the option to do so.

You will need to register with an institution that is part of the TID network and provides TIDs for their courses or certifications. Once enrolled in such a course, your institution will generate your TID.
Future developments for TID include allowing independent registration for individuals and further enhancing the system's capabilities to manage and verify educational credentials.
A TID record includes information about the trainee's certifications, courses completed, and training milestones, ensuring comprehensive documentation of their educational journey.
