Why is my email address required for generating a TID?
Your email address is integral to generating your TID, preventing the creation of duplicate identifiers.
How can I check if I have already registered for a TID?
You can easily check if you have already registered for a TID by visiting the Student Login Page. Simply enter your email address to check.
What does TID verify?
TID verifies that there has been a proper evaluation of the student. It is assigned during the evaluation procedure, and proficiency is recorded on the TID only after evaluation. Only the evaluated courses are included in the TID.
Can I merge multiple TIDs?
If you accidentally receive two TIDs, you can contact us via email to merge them.
Can students with institutions not registered in the TID network use TID?
As of now, you do not have the option to independently register for a TID. However, in the future, even if your institution is not currently registered in the TID network, you will have the option to do so.
Can I use my TID for job applications?
Yes, you can use your TID to showcase your qualifications and accomplishments to potential employers. They can verify your credentials easily through the TID system.
How does TID ensure the security of my educational credentials?
TID ensures the security of your educational credentials by maintaining a centralized, verified record that can be accessed and verified securely. Your information can only be edited with access to the dashboard.
I am a student, from where will I get my TID?
You will need to register with an institution that is part of the TID network and provides TIDs for their courses or certifications. Once enrolled in such a course, your institution will generate your TID.

How many TIDs will I get?
You will receive only one Trainee Identification Number (TID) for your lifetime.
Will I get a different TID for different courses/certifications?
No, a TID is a unique number generated once for a student in their lifetime. It remains the same across all courses and certifications.
Can I choose my TID number as my preference?
No, you cannot. The TID (Trainee Identification Number) is generated by the TID system and cannot be chosen or customized by the student. It is assigned automatically upon registration in the system.
Does my institution provide TID for all certifications that I opt to do from that institution?
Yes, if your institution is registered in the TID network, they will provide a TID for every certification or course you undertake with them.
Can an institution edit details of other certifications obtained from other institutions?
No, the institution can only edit details for the certifications they have issued.
In how many days can I expect a TID from my institution?
Institutions providing TIDs will generate a TID for you immediately upon your successful registration for the course.
